Returns & Cancellation Policy
1. Consumer cancellation right
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
2. How to cancel
To cancel an order, email orders@mobolaji.uk with your name, order number, the item or items being cancelled, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
3. Returning goods after cancellation
If you cancel under the standard consumer cancellation right, you must send the goods back within 14 days after telling MOBOLAJI that you wish to cancel.
4. Refunds
If you cancel within the legal cancellation window, MOBOLAJI will refund the price paid for the goods together with the basic outbound delivery charge, subject to any deduction permitted by law.
5. Deductions for diminished value
MOBOLAJI may make a deduction from the refund if the returned item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
6. Return shipping on cancellations
Unless MOBOLAJI agrees otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs when cancelling under the standard cancellation right.
7. Bespoke or personalised goods
The standard cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. If this exception applies, it will be stated clearly on the product page or in the order confirmation.
8. Made-to-order T-shirts
Standard-made-to-order T-shirts are not automatically treated as bespoke unless the order is genuinely personalised or made to the customer’s own specification. Unless clearly stated otherwise, launch T-shirts should therefore be treated under the standard consumer returns position.
9. Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact orders@mobolaji.uk promptly. Statutory rights are not affected.
10. Artworks and consigned items
Where a piece is one-off, fragile, or requires special transport, any special return arrangement will be stated on the product page. This does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Refund timing
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the time required by law after the goods have been received back or the customer has supplied evidence of return,
