Shipping Policy

1. Processing times

All delivery timelines are calculated from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Ready-to-ship artworks and objects: Up to 4 weeks from purchase date
  • Made-to-order clothing: Up to 4 weeks from purchase date for production and dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page
  • Consigned jewellery: Up to 4 weeks from purchase date
  • MOBOLAJI jewellery: Up to 4 weeks from purchase date

Bespoke or appointment-only items: timing will be confirmed individually.

2. Shipping regions

MOBOLAJI ships within the UK. If outside the UK and territory is not supported at checkout, please contact orders@mobolaji.uk before ordering.

3. Delivery methods

Orders are shipped using courier partners selected by MOBOLAJI based on item type, value, destination, and fragility. Some items may require signatures on delivery or specialist packaging.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. For large, fragile, or specialist work, MOBOLAJI may contact the customer with a separate delivery quote before accepting the order.

5. Artworks and objects

Some artworks and objects require custom packaging or specialist transit. If a separate delivery arrangement is needed, this will be stated on the product page or in correspondence.

6. International orders

International customers are responsible for duties, customs charges, and import taxes unless MOBOLAJI expressly states otherwise.

7. Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by production lead times, artist or maker availability, customs processes, weather events, courier disruption, or other events outside MOBOLAJI’s reasonable control.

8. Address accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. MOBOLAJI is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by inaccurate address information supplied at checkout.

9. Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact orders@mobolaji.uk within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and include the order number together with supporting photographs where relevant.
